About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Residential Support Workers, providing culturally safe and trauma-informed residential support to Aboriginal men participating in our Alternative to Custody (ATC) program.

You should have a deep respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their relationship to Country, and be able to support residents in achieving their treatment goals using a culturally competent, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach.

Benefits

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Aboriginal men undergoing rehabilitation. In return, you will receive an attractive salary, PLUS super, and some great benefits including single accommodation, remote area benefits, team lunches and annual team-building events, 6 weeks annual leave, relocation assistance up to $3000, and more.
