Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to work in the financial sector, focusing on management accounting. You will be part of a dynamic team that drives business success through strategic planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will provide support to project teams regarding financial aspects, participating in monthly reviews to ensure projects are on track.
  • Manage accounting for joint ventures led by external partners.
  • Prepare and present quarterly reports to senior management, highlighting key financial insights.
  • Develop annual budgets and reforecasting processes for the entire year.
  • Ensure timely bank account reconciliations, profit margin analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and debtor/creditor management for related entities.
  • Create policies, procedures, and systems to deliver accurate and timely financial information and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing annual FBT returns and provide guidance to upward managers and colleagues.
  • Identify coaching/training needs for staff performing financial tasks and develop relevant programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial or Management Accountant in construction/engineering.
  • Finance/accounting degree with CPA or CA status highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across departments.
  • Analytical approach and attention to detail.
