About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant at our Seafood Shop in Salamanca Square.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the best seafood products for their needs.
  • Prepare and present a wide range of seafood products in the deli, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Support with cooking demonstrations on Saturdays, promoting our products and services to customers.
  • Clean and maintain the shop to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a well-organized store.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
  • Familiarity with operating POS register systems is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding presentation and a genuine interest in food and cooking.
  • Quick adaptability and a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
