About the Role

Robert Plumb Landscape is seeking experienced professionals to join their skilled team as Landscapers and Gardeners. This exciting opportunity involves working on a variety of prestigious residential projects, requiring individuals who can thrive in an outdoor-based role and adapt to work under various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site preparation for upcoming projects, including precise and accurate landscaping
  • Handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces
  • Installing landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving
  • Performing general garden maintenance tasks, including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, be qualified in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or a related field, and possess sound knowledge of horticulture and soft/hard landscaping. A current NSW drivers license and White Card are also essential.
