We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Frontline Operations team as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to clients via scheduled contact centre operations.
You will spend your time interacting with clients over the phone, supporting them in meeting their tax, superannuation, and registration obligations. You will also process account activities received through various channels, including phone, paper, web-chat, email, and online portals.
To succeed in this role, you will require good judgment and the ability to apply relevant policies and procedures to inform your decision-making. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate recording of outcomes, actions, and agreements.
You will work as part of a team, sharing knowledge to collaboratively resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations across Australia. A merit pool may be formed and used to fill future similar vacancies in these locations and other locations within the same metropolitan area.
