Cert 3 of Community Service Trainer/Assessor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced trainer and assessor to deliver our Cert 3 of Community Service program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment to students in the Cert 3 of Community Service program, ensuring that all learners meet the required standards.
  • Hold current vocational competencies to the level of qualification and in the units being delivered, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field.
  • Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, effectively interacting with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Understand students' needs and be passionate about supporting students, providing guidance and mentorship throughout their learning journey.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a VET trainer/assessor, possessing a deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia, holding relevant visas and documentation.
Requirements:
  • TAE40110 Certificate III Training and Assessment or TAE40116 Certificate III in Training and Assessment, verifying compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Vocational Qualifications in the required field, showcasing expertise and credibility in the area of specialization.
  • Sound knowledge of NVR for RTOs, demonstrating an understanding of national regulations and compliance protocols.
  • Ability to teach and engage International Students, promoting cultural competence and language sensitivity.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a casual contract role with day shift hours, offering flexibility and autonomy in scheduling.
  • The successful applicant will be required to work on-site in Perth, adhering to company policies and procedures.
