Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lender to join our team in Bendigo. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in driving consumer lending acquisition through new business development and established referral sources.

As an effective lender, you will connect with customers' needs and devise appropriate lending solutions, utilising your wide network across various locations. This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexibility and work-life balance with achievable KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new business, customer acquisition, and business development metrics
  • Implementing strategies that achieve continued growth and KPIs
  • Understanding financial management, business acumen, and risk framework
  • Developing lending knowledge and credit analysis skills
  • Exceeding customer expectations through understanding individual financial needs
  • Managing volumes of work with initiative and attention to detail
