  • Supporting the delivery and maintenance of system components for the BICES solution.
  • Collaborating with the Lead Solution Architect and Change Manager to implement technical changes through Defence processes.
  • Ensuring system security and resilience through regular patching and updates.
  • Assisting Business Analysts and Technical Writers in developing and reviewing technical support documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience with Microsoft products (ECM, Windows, SQL, Exchange, Active Directory)
  • Familiarity with monitoring and system management tools
  • Knowledge of endpoint protection and patching
  • Experience with VMware and Linux
  • Familiarity with Pegasus support processes in FVEY environments
  • Knowledge of transition processes for stakeholder engagement and system handovers
