Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to lead our engineering maintenance team in delivering high-quality services and ensuring the safe and compliant operation of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or asset management, combined with extensive experience in managing large-scale facilities or critical assets. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies, fostering a collaborative team culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the efficient operation of electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in performing routine maintenance tasks and responding to breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize maintenance operations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure maintenance effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Asset Management.
  • Extensive experience in direct team management and leadership.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
