We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care team at LDK Seniors' Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and clinical management to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care and clinical management to village residents, promoting a holistic approach to care.
- Supervise a team of Personal Care Assistants and ENs in day-to-day activities for residents.
- Be an advocate and promote the LDK Values of Love, Decency, and Kindness.

- A 5-star employee-rated experience with industry-leading engagement scores.
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated skills in complex wound management, chronic disease management, medication administration, continence, and/or palliative care.
- Ability to use technology relevant to the delivery of nursing/care services.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Police Clearance. LDK has a mandatory vaccination policy in relation to influenza.
