About the Team

We're looking for a customer success associate to join our fastest growth channel. Your role is to help thousands of mortgage brokers access our award-winning Deposit Boost Loan on behalf of their clients. You will work closely with our broker relationship managers, as well as the sales, credit and home buying teams to help OwnHome deliver on our mission to help more first home buyers than any other lender in Australia.

Your Responsibilities

  • Nurturing high-trust relationships with small business owners (mortgage brokers)
  • Showcasing your knowledge of OwnHome credit policies and processes
  • Educating brokers on the service available to their clients
  • Responding to high-value and high-volume inbound enquiries
