We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Digital Experience Strategist with a passion for innovation and a dedication to shaping a strong digital future.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people management to drive transformative change in higher education.

  • Lead efforts to identify and implement cutting-edge digital solutions, immersive content experiences, and personalised user journeys, to enhance the digital presence.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team, including web developers and email automation specialists, to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Successfully manage large-scale digital projects, including website redesigns, mobile app development, and data analytics initiatives, from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensure strategies complement each other, supported by strong governance and accessibility standards.
  • Successfully leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimise user journeys, measure effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Exhibit negotiation and influencing skills to build agreement across business areas, establishing consistent processes and systems that underpin a cohesive digital ecosystem.

About You

  • Strong leadership skills as evidenced through extensive experience in digital experience management, digital strategy, automation, or related roles within complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise, plan, and deliver initiatives including web, automation, and AI-driven activities along with the capability to investigate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated written communication skills, including the ability to produce and maintain documentation such as business process maps and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, digital communication systems, content management systems, and digital analytics.
