Job Summary

CQUniversity is seeking a proactive and organised professional to join their Centre as a Research Project Officer. The successful applicant will help shape responses to domestic and family violence through research, training and resource development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Interpretation: Interpret and apply complex policies, procedures and legislation in a higher education context.
  • Task Management: Manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines with strong organisational skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work outputs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understand and acquire knowledge of the domestic and family violence and sexual assault sector, including relevant frameworks, service systems and sector priorities.
Requirements
  • Independence and Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and apply complex data and research findings.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
