
Community Response Coordinator

CQUniversity is seeking a proactive and organised professional to join their Centre as a Research Project Officer. The successful applicant will help shape responses to domestic and family violence through research, training and resource development.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Interpretation: Interpret and apply complex policies, procedures and legislation in a higher education context.
- Task Management: Manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines with strong organisational skills.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work outputs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Understand and acquire knowledge of the domestic and family violence and sexual assault sector, including relevant frameworks, service systems and sector priorities.
- Independence and Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and apply complex data and research findings.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
