About the Role

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a skilled Collision Repair Estimator to become part of our team.

This is a permanent role, operating Monday to Friday, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. Join a supportive team in a workshop focused on quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and partners.
  • Provide accurate vehicle quotes promptly, adhering to average repair cost benchmarks and insurer/company protocols.
  • Conduct quotes as needed, whether onsite, off-site, or online.
  • Perform vehicle inspections upon arrival, including mapping and imaging.
  • Oversee parts procurement for repairs to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that any additional work is documented and approved promptly.
  • Guarantee that vehicles are restored to their pre-accident state.
  • Facilitate the handover of completed repairs to clients.
