Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Infosec Analyst to join our Customer Security Operations Center (CSOC) team. As a key member of this team, you will contribute real-world security insights to our customers, providing operational support for our security products and services.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong interest in application security, fluency in Japanese and English, and foundational knowledge of common web application vulnerabilities. You should also possess working knowledge of core internet technologies like DNS, HTTP, and TLS.

The responsibilities of this position include providing product support, assisting with product installation and configuration, troubleshooting and triage of security incidents, and helping customers establish and secure their web applications.

  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Strong interest in infosec and application security
  • Foundational understanding of common web application vulnerabilities
  • Working knowledge of core internet technologies like DNS, HTTP, and TLS
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support, DevOps, or Solutions Engineering role
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and practical troubleshooting experience with WAF products, network proxies, or application delivery controllers
