Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of construction engineers to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve construction efficiency and productivity, reducing costs and minimizing risks.
  3. Collaborate with design teams to develop and refine designs for construction implementation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Provide expert electrical engineering advice to support the preparation of site construction budgets and reports.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring the project is delivered safely and on schedule.

About You

  1. Proven experience leading and managing teams in the civil construction industry, preferably on large construction and/or building projects.
  2. Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  3. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  4. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
