Heavy Fabricator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our premium fleet of Kenworth Road Trains, small mobile plant machinery and ancillary equipment at our facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong commitment to safety and quality of work, with experience in heavy fabrication and welding of heavy vehicles, trailers and mobile plant machinery.

• Australian or New Zealand recognised trade qualification in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering or metallurgy.
• Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence, with ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong knowledge of FCAW and MMAW weld testing requirements in line with AS1554 standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
