Your Mission:
You will define and implement a robust, scalable, and secure global ERP ecosystem, working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of a transformative project, solidifying our position as a leader in digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive ERP architecture roadmaps and blueprints, driving seamless system interoperability and long-term vision.
- Partner with Data Architects and Global Process Owners to optimize the target-state ERP architecture, balancing crucial factors like security, scalability, and performance.
- Guide Business Analysts and Process Analysts in translating business requirements into a cohesive and effective ERP architecture.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to refine reference designs, ensuring strict compliance with security and performance standards.
- Lead engagements with Systems Integration (SI) Partners and vendors, ensuring technically sound and scalable solutions are delivered.
- Ensure ERP solutions adhere to global regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO13485) in partnership with security and compliance teams.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Solution Architects, fostering technical excellence and consistency.
- Oversight technical readiness for deployment phases, data migration, integration, and performance testing, including the development of robust risk mitigation strategies.
- Define KPIs for architecture deliverables, meticulously tracking progress and proactively managing risks.
- Evaluate and recommend ERP configurations, cloud infrastructure strategies, and emerging technologies to optimize performance.
- Create and maintain detailed architectural diagrams, integration plans, and data flow documentation to support informed decision-making.
