We are currently searching for an inspiring and innovative Visual Director to join our team. This role is a temporary parental leave cover for 12 months, full time.

At our beautiful head office, we're building a team of collaborative entrepreneurs who share a love for minimalist design and the coastal lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual concepts, layouts, and imagery that communicate the brand's identity, incorporating feedback from the broader teams.
  • Lead the visual direction for all brand communications, campaigns, and product launches to support and enhance the brand's identity.
  • Oversee the design and creation of assets, including photography, videography, and digital designs, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Create visual packs for seasonal and product campaigns, demonstrating how visuals should be applied across all channels to create consistent and channel-appropriate storytelling.
  • Stay up to date with visual trends and share upcoming trends with the wider team and business.
  • Incorporate innovative and brand-relevant trends and ideas when they align with the brand's objectives and support outputs across various platforms.
  • Manage all aspects of photoshoots, from concept to post-production, ensuring high-quality visuals that represent the brand for use across owned, paid, and shared platforms.
  • Design and create visual content for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, website, emails, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure all visual elements align with the brand's identity, vision, and messaging, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Evolving the brand guidelines as necessary and upon request.
