We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in shaping a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in industrial relations and union engagement. They will be able to navigate complex workforce matters with empathy and professionalism.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality strategic and operational HR support across multiple sites. They will work closely with executives, senior leaders, and line managers to deliver business outcomes and enhance organizational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Navigating Industrial Relations: Experience in interpreting Awards, engaging with unions and employee associations, and resolving issues in a collaborative way.
- Workplace Investigations: Proven ability to lead or support complex investigations, ensuring fairness and care for employees while affirming organizational standards.
- Organizational Change Management: Capability to partner with leaders to plan and implement change initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and workforce adaptability.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Driving strategies to embed cultural respect and equitable employment practices across all teams.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Ability to coach and mentor leaders to strengthen people leadership capabilities, resolve workplace issues, and uplift team performance.
