Food Production Team Members Needed In West Footscray

Established food manufacturers in West Footscray, Victoria are currently seeking skilled Production Staff to commence work immediately.
We are looking for reliable and experienced candidates who can hit the ground running with our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in food manufacturing environments, be proficient in machine operation, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
In this role you will be responsible for working closely with other production staff to meet production targets, adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP), and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Beyond a competitive pay rate, we also offer opportunities for overtime, casuals going temp to perm, career progression, and occasional weekend work. Our on-site car parking is free of charge.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- GMP and food manufacturing experience
- Machine operating experience
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Physical fitness to complete manual lifting
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Safety-focused mindset
