Senior Director of Data Engineering

This is a senior leadership role in our data engineering team. You will be responsible for designing and building large-scale data systems that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Design and develop data pipelines using cutting-edge tools and technologies
  • Implement data mesh architectures to enhance client data interactions
  • Develop and optimize high-performance batch and real-time data pipelines employing advanced streaming technologies
  • Utilize workflow orchestration tools to streamline data processing
  • Optimize and manage a broad array of database technologies

Proficiency in SQL and Spark, familiarity with platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, and experience with various storage technologies including AWS S3, Google Cloud BigQuery, Cassandra, MongoDB, Neo4J, and HDFS are essential skills. Pipeline orchestration tools like AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, and dbt, as well as streaming technologies like Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, and Azure Event Hubs are also important.
