As a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist Obstetrics and Gynecology, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients and leading our team with superior clinical leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients, including obstetric and gynecological services
- Provide clinical leadership to our team, including mentoring and supporting junior staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Advanced training and experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:
- Remuneration value up to $497,941 p.a. (L25 – L27) or Remuneration value up to $455,624 p.a. (L18 – L24)
