Front of House Professional

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House professional to join our team.

  • Greet and serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Manage food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and various drinks.
  • Create a welcoming and smooth-flowing dining and bar experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance across both the bar and dining areas.
  • Share menu knowledge and make recommendations.
  • Work as part of a close-knit, passionate team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in both bar and floor service.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confidence with drink preparation and basic mixology.
  • RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Energetic, positive, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Genuine interest in food, culture, and hospitality.
