About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team at Transit Systems NSW. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers on our bus routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our operational goals.

Requirements:

  • A valid Australian driver's license (MR or HR).
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience driving a bus or similar vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety and customer service.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
