Executive Director of Rehabilitation Services

As a Transitional Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing operations and administration within a Transitional Centre. Your primary objective will be to support effective rehabilitation, reduce re-offending, and enhance community safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage centre operations and administration.
- Develop and implement strategies to support effective rehabilitation and reduce re-offending.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure centre activities align with departmental goals and objectives.
- Degree in Social Science, Criminology or related field.
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
