Senior Community Development Specialist

About the Role:- This position will involve delivering social work services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to consumers of North West Hospital and Health Service.
- You will support the continued improvement of health services by participating in quality improvement opportunities.
- This role requires high-level communication skills to align a team and influence innovation and professional skill sharing.
- You must hold a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
- The successful applicant must have at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Social Work providing eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- A period of 6 months' probation may apply.
