About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Governance Specialist to join our Advisory and Governance team. As a key member of the team, you will support the implementation and oversight of key Finance projects and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of group-wide policies and frameworks within Finance.
  • Develop high-quality Board Audit Committee reporting.
  • Assist other Finance initiatives in an advisory capacity.
  • Oversee and uplift the Finance control environment.

Requirements

  • Commerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably within financial services or professional services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing tasks to execute on key deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels.
