Job Title:

Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to oversee the smooth operation of our Defence sites in Wagga Wagga (NSW). The successful candidate will possess a strong can-do attitude, safety focus, passion for quality, and exceptional service skills.

The Position:

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced, complex site, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and high service standards are maintained.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue while optimising resources across the operation.
  • Train, mentor, and manage team performance, fostering a strong, adaptable team in a high-demand setting.
  • Deliver exceptional service, handle challenges, and continuously improve service flow across multiple service areas.
  • Ensure all operations meet strict food safety, HACCP, and compliance standards in a regulated environment.
