The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of construction activities, ensuring timely completion, and managing budgets. They will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of project progress and performance
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in bulk earthworks
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
