What We Are Looking For:

  • Ability to converse and write in Mandarin and Cantonese to serve respective markets and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
  • Diploma or degree holder in any discipline or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience.
  • Preferably minimum 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre, hospitality, or online travel agency, and customer service.
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Positive attitude and a team player with passion for delivering world-class customer service.
  • Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations).
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards.
  • Open to Malaysians only.
