What We Are Looking For:
- Ability to converse and write in Mandarin and Cantonese to serve respective markets and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Diploma or degree holder in any discipline or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience.
- Preferably minimum 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre, hospitality, or online travel agency, and customer service.
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Positive attitude and a team player with passion for delivering world-class customer service.
- Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations).
- Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards.
- Open to Malaysians only.
