At Correctional Facilities and Projects, we require a skilled Senior Support Technician to maintain electronic security systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning and performing routine preventative maintenance activities.

The technician will be responsible for the implementation and execution of our Annual Works Plan, including reactive maintenance tasks associated with these systems. They will also support the delivery of Variations and Minor Works projects by planing and performing reactive, routine, and preventative maintenance activities.

The right candidate will work closely with our team to ensure contract performance is met, complete and develop maintenance procedures required for the reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, and participate in assigned projects tasks, including equipment installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and witness testing.

  • 5+ years' experience in the security industry with IP-based systems
  • Experience with security systems IT hardware and troubleshooting
  • Setup/configuration and installation of Gallagher access control and intruder alarm systems
  • Setup/configuration of IP-based CCTV and intercom systems
  • Servicing and maintenance of general security system equipment

A flexible work arrangement such as a 9-day fortnight may be considered for this role.
