Maximising compliance and mitigating risk is a critical objective for any organisation. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to lead the delivery of key risk and compliance artefacts and initiatives.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing risk and compliance uplift work, developing deliverables, outcomes, and timelines across assigned streams. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate requirements, as well as designing and implementing solutions that meet program objectives.

  • Lead the development of current and future state processes for each assigned initiative, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the design and implementation of program reporting and governance frameworks, promoting transparency and accountability within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with other business analysts and stream leads to ensure program consistency and alignment of outputs.
  • Deploy risk subject matter expertise to design risk artefacts, including strategies, frameworks, and processes that mitigate risk and enhance compliance.

The successful candidate will have experience as a subject matter specialist across operational risk and compliance domains, as well as experience within risk and compliance transformation programs. Strong analytical, documentation, writing, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple pieces of work across multiple initiatives and streams.

Additional qualifications include familiarity with risk and control frameworks, and experience working in regulated environments.
