Job Overview

We are seeking experienced personnel to work as Labourers/Dogmen on a project.

  • Effective communication techniques must be understood, including whistles, hand signals, and fixed two-way radios.
  • Lifting equipment capacity should be calculated.
  • Understanding of slinging techniques in various conditions is required.
  • Lifting equipment selection and inspection skills are necessary.
  • Work instructions must be comprehended.
  • Crane operators should be directed in the movement of loads.
  • Hazards and risks associated with operation should be identified and assessed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience dogging tower cranes on commercial construction projects is essential.
  • Clear communication with partnered crane operators is vital.
  • Ability to set up crane confidently is required.
  • A valid DG High-Risk Licence is necessary.
  • A White Card is also required.
  • Able to work Monday through to Saturday.
  • A good level of physical fitness is essential.
  • Able to pass random drug & alcohol tests.
Project Requirements
  • A current NPC Clearance valid within the last month is required.
  • A current MSIC Card or willingness to obtain one is necessary.
