About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources division in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for various roles across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and presenting offers.
- Meet hiring goals, maintain a robust pipeline of interested and qualified applicants, and contribute to various talent acquisition projects as assigned.
- Demonstrate expertise in working with HRIS and ATS systems, as well as metrics and reporting.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience managing full-life cycle requisitions.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and hiring IT and professional staff at individual contributor to executive level (VP/SVP).
- Strong consulting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in working with PC applications, online recruitment, and applicant tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented and self-sufficient.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and accommodate multiple internal clients.
- Experience in using WorkDay and DayForce would be an advantage.
