We are seeking a highly skilled Geological Designer/Modeller to join our Geo-environmental team in Melbourne, Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Geotechnical Modeling: Develop and manage geotechnical and geological models for various infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy from concept through to detailed design and construction stages.
  • Drawing Preparation: Create and update civil and geotechnical drawings, integrating details from sketches and performing necessary calculations.
  • Technical Reporting: Develop geological and geotechnical figures for reports and presentations, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Specifications and Quantities: Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications and bills of quantities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Geology (desirable) or a relevant certificate/degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Aided Design, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experienced in a relevant field, with proven drafting skills and experience with Auto CAD, Civil 3D, and other 3D application packages.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering and geology, with the ability to apply this knowledge to various projects.
