Payroll Implementation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Expert to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing payroll solutions across various industries, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. They will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, design and configure customized payroll solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement payroll solutions that meet client needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Configure and test payroll systems to ensure accurate processing and reporting
  • Provide training and support to clients on system usage and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll implementation, configuration and support
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
