  • Collaborating with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • Professional registration with ASORC is essential for this role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • A current Working with Children Check is required.
