Welcome to Papilio Early Learning Wakerley, where we empower individuals to start a fulfilling career in early childhood education. Our Trainee Educator Program offers a unique opportunity to work in a centre of your choice while studying for your Certificate III in ECE.
About the RoleAs a Trainee Educator, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering excellence in early childhood education and care. You will:
- Support our Lead Educator/Educational Leader in creating engaging learning experiences for children;
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality educational programs;
- Be coached and mentored by industry-leading development coaches to help you grow professionally;
Your Responsibilities
You will have the following key responsibilities:
- To assist in the daily operations of the centre, including preparing materials and resources;
- To contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs and activities;
- To maintain a safe and healthy environment for children;
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current Working with Children check or be able to obtain one;
- Access to transport to and from the centre;
- The willingness to commence in a Traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy;
