Job Description

We are seeking a Cafe Team Member to join our team at Riverside Cafe. As a member of our team, you will be an integral part of upholding the values of excellence, servanthood, humility, and authenticity.

You will successfully:

  • Work with management to develop menu and cafe specials.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages for our cafe.
  • Manage cash register and float at the end of each day.
  • Assist management with stock management.
  • Clean kitchen and pantry area to required standards.
  • Prepare meals for emergency relief based on donations and set recipes.
  • Prepare meals for events as required.

Requirements

You will have:

  • Safe food handling skills.
  • Cafe or restaurant experience would be well regarded.
  • A national police check.
  • A working with children check.
