Job Title: Clinical Case Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Case Manager. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing the end-to-end claims process, ensuring a smooth return to work and recovery for the injured person.
About the Role
- Support customers on their return-to-work journey through acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legislative codes and company policies.
- Conduct face-to-face sessions with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews, and onsite visits.
- Develop and execute claim strategies.
- Effectively educate both workers and employers on legislative obligations.

- Proven ability to demonstrate resilience in managing challenging scenarios.
