About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Medical Negligence Solicitor, reporting directly to an accredited specialist partner. You will be responsible for managing client files, preparing court documents, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and attending settlement conferences and court hearings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on medical negligence cases
  • Prepare and file court documents, including pleadings and witness statements
  • Liaise with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues
  • Attend settlement conferences and court hearings to advocate for clients' interests
  • Maintain accurate records and time management systems
