About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Cafe Supervisor and Food and Beverage team members in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Clean and maintain the cafe area, including clearing tables and assisting with functions.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including making juices, toasties, and coffee.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in food and beverage service, including barista experience.
  • Strong passion for high-quality customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of work health and safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Current RSA certificate and willingness to acquire a Working with Children Check (WWCC) if required.
Key Skills
  • Highly organized and methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to build rapport with members.
