As a Retail Operations Analyst with Amazon Vendor Services, you will be responsible for managing the client-facing relationship with strategic retail vendors. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth and improve operational efficiencies for these suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and implement opportunities to improve business input metrics that drive growth and enhance the end-customer experience in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams.
2. Execute tactical support requests for vendors, such as issue troubleshooting, data reporting, supply chain management, and catalogue optimization. Ensure timely resolution of issues by escalating them when necessary.
3. Develop strong relationships with vendors, acting as a trusted advisor and central point of contact for their queries, concerns, and escalations.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve vendor issues quickly and effectively.
