**In-Store Merchandising Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced In-Store & Merchandising Operations Leader to lead the execution of in-store merchandising activities for Consumer Beauty & Prestige brands across Sydney stores.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee our third-party merchandising agency to deliver in-store excellence on time and within budget.
  • Oversee all CB point-of-sale materials from warehouses to in-store, aligned with the merchandising program, installations, storage, and maintenance nationwide.
  • Implement and update business strategies as part of the Perfect Store Program across various channels of business.
  • Develop and manage allocated resources for merchandising operations, freight, storage, and maintenance.
  • Regularly spend time in market (30%), performing checks, POG updates, and merchandising trials, competitor insights, and providing necessary information for the Perfect Store program.

About You:

We're looking for an experienced In-Store & Merchandising Operations Leader who has 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager in a similar role within Merchandising, Agency, Sales, or Marketing.

You should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, high motivation, energy, passion, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
