About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our team at AUTOrecruit in Brisbane's south-west. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers competitive pay rates and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Servicing: Install new transport refrigeration units at customer sites and service bus air conditioners in the field and within our workshops.
  • Job Reporting and Record Keeping: Complete accurate job reports and maintain customer records.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and develop expertise in product knowledge to provide advice on equipment assembly, testing, warranty inspections, and repairs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety and operational procedures of our client.
Requirements
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence: AAC02 Refrigerant Handling Licence (preferred).
  • Working at Heights Certification.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Computer Skills: Quick learner with basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Flexibility in working hours to support 24/7 operations and current Driver's Licence.
  • Safety Commitment: Commitment to safety.
