About this roleThis is a fast-paced job that requires a strong customer service focus and reliable transportation. You will be operating a delivery van to transport and deliver parcels and packages to customers, ensuring all deliveries are completed within agreed timelines.
Main responsibilities- Safely operate a delivery van to transport and deliver parcels and packages to customers
- Ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed timelines
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers as needed
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Adhere to all road rules and safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading the delivery van as required
- A current unrestricted driver's licence and mid to large van (required)
- Personal ACN and insurances (required)
- Full working rights in Australia
- A current Police check (or willing to obtain one)
- Availability to work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of the local area
- Previous experience as a courier driver or in a similar delivery role
