We are seeking an experienced Legal Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the legal framework of our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and contribute to its success.

As a Legal Infrastructure Specialist, you will have the autonomy to develop and implement legal processes, collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and interpreting commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, transport agreements, platform integration, and partnership agreements.

Your expertise will help establish best practices internally, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure that all commercial agreements adequately protect the company's interests. You will also support company secretary responsibilities, including drafting board and shareholder resolutions, and handling business filing with ASIC.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development, with the chance to work on a wide range of legal matters. You will have the opportunity to lead the legal function work stream as the business prepares for an IPO listing on the ASX.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience in both private practice and in-house at a high-growth organisation, with a minimum of 8+ years PQE.

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
