We're looking for a skilled Pharmacy Team Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced pharmacy professional to lead daily technician tasks and performance levels. The successful candidate will also monitor pharmacy workflow queues, phone service levels, and create schedules to ensure adherence.

  • Supervise daily technician tasks and performance levels
  • Monitor pharmacy workflow queues and phone service levels
  • Create pharmacy technician schedule and schedule adherence
  • Provide weekly huddles to cover communications/process opportunities and changes
  • Complete monthly 1 on 1's to evaluate workload, performance, and correction
  • Complete daily timecard review, quarterly performance review, and annual performance review of strengths and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain team morale and employee retention by serving as point of contact for questions and concerns
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2-4 years' experience as a pharmacy technician supervisor
  • Florida Pharmacy Technician License required
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
