We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Redevelopment Change Coordinator. This role will provide expert advice and support during the commissioning phase of a major hospital redevelopment project.

The successful candidate will have a particular focus on effective ICT project management and support, with a strong emphasis on delivering business and service objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a meaningful contribution to our team. Reporting to the Redevelopment Project Manager, you will support clinical and non-clinical support teams to effectively plan and deliver digital health projects and tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and support during the commissioning phase of the project;
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads;
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders;
  • Capturing, monitoring and reporting against project deliverables using Microsoft suite of programs.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in ICT or project management, or relevant equivalent work experience in digital health;
  • Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in ICT project management and in the delivery of health services;
  • Demonstrated skills in managing a high-volume workload, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
